Security Policy

When you place an order or access your account information, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorised access. Your credit card information is never stored once your purchase is complete.

Privacy Policy

The Sanctuary of Ananda is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. All information provided is handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws. We will not sell, exchange, transfer or give your personal information to any other company or individual for any reason whatsoever without your explicit consent, except for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by email only. If you need to cancel, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your session by emailing info@sanctuaryofananda.com.au. For all workshops and training, please give a minimum of 7 days' notice. We may be able to reschedule your session if this is not possible, however no refund will apply. Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged in full.

Refund Policy

The cancellation policy of the Sanctuary of Ananda is whether or not to provide a refund online or in-person, 100% at our discretion. However if a product or service is found to be below our usual high standards, we will work with you to resolve the matter appropriately. Course modules that have been started and partially completed are non-refundable. Physical products that are unopened and in original condition may be returned within 14 days for a refund.
